bahan:

500 gram daging kambing, dipotong kotak 2 cm
20 lembar daun kemangi
5 tangkai serai, dimemarkan
500 ml air
5 sendok makan minyak goreng

bumbu tumbuk kasar:

20 butir bawang merah
100 gram cabai hijau
5 buah cabai rawit hijau
2 sendok teh garam

cara membuat:

1. Tumis bumbu tumbuk, daun kemangi, dan serai sampai harum.
2. Masukkan kambing sambil diaduk hingga berubah warna.
3. Tuang air lalu masak sampai daging lunak.

untuk 6 porsi
