Ingredients:

15 biskuit graham crackers, dihancurkan (saya memakai biskuit jacobs, 30 buah)
30 gr (2 sdm) mentega tawar, dicairkan
800 gr cream cheese
300 gr (1 1/2 cups) gula pasir
180 ml (3/4 cup) susu
4 butir telur
230 gr (1 cup) sour cream (saya menggunakan 1 cup susu evaporated + 1 sdm vinegar)
1 sdm vanilla ekstrak
30 gr (1/4 cup) terigu serbaguna

Directions:
1. Panaskan oven 175°C. Siapkan loyang bongkar pasang 22 cm.

2. Campurkan biskuit crackers dengan mentega cair. Tekan-tekan didasar loyang bongkar pasang.

3. Di wadah lain, kocok cream cheese dengan gula sampai lembut. Campurkan susu kemudian masukan telur satu per satu, aduk sampai rata. Campurkan sour cream, vanilla dan terigu sampai lembut. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang.

4. Masukkan oven, panggang selama 1 jam. Matikan oven, biarkan cake dingin di dalam oven tertutup selama 5-6 jam untuk mencegah permukaan yang retak. Dinginkan dalam refrigerator. __________________
