* Responsible for sales revenue of Foodsolutions products, both branded and made to order, to international chain customers such as YUM! and food ingredients customers
* Lead team of 4 account managers and manage their personal development
* Develop, with team, clear account objectives & plans
* Develop relationships with senior level people in key customers in order to influence and sell more effectivelyvWork with other functions in Unilever to put in place adequate support & resource in order for team members to achieve their sales objectives e.g. R&D resources, chef
* Involvement in the direction and management of the overall business through being full time member of the management team
* Provide timely accurate information to supply chain team to drive accurate demand forecast
* Bachelor degree holder or above
* Minimum 5 years of sales working experience

Brand Activation Manager

Main duties :
* To conduct a customer knowledge audit and from that develop a customer understanding to support plan of category and its main products.
* Provide direction and feedback on required studies needed including the budget for the category/ business. Able to prioritize on the needs also.
* Develop and execute a solid process of data gathering for accurate information (how big is the sample, what type of study, what’s the process).
* Help development of new innovation, and concept on new product communication.
* Lead the implementation of the studies with outside 3rd parties, and help interpret and socialise the results with all appropriate parties.
* Help the Executive Chef in developing a benchmarking process for product quality evaluation (setting up key attributes, best practises).
* Take into account any/ all global mandatory stemming from inclusion into the new path to growth.
* Female, max 35 years old
* Bachelor degree holder
* Having 5 years experience In marketing/brand activation
* Strong self driven and able to work with people
* Project management skill
* Fluent in English with good communication skills
