-= Seared Ocean Fish (Filet Kakap dengan Kentang Tumbuk) =-

Bahan:
200 gram ikan kakap filet
100 gram kentang tumbuk

25 gram wortel (giandiner potong)
25 gram buncis (giandiner potong)

25 gram jagung semi
1 butir lemon

1 butir tomato cherry
Garam dan merica secukupnya

White wine

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cara Membuat:
1.Bumbui kakap dengan lemon, garam, merica secukupnya, kemudian goreng.
2.Tutupi dengan kentang tumbuk yang sudah diberi rasa, kemudian dimasak di oven sampai kecoklatan.
3.Tumis sayuran dengan butter, kemudian sisihkan dan simpan di piring saji.

4.Siap dosajikan.
